    Q: What is the lead-time for your products?

    A: As virtually all our products are custom made on site, please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery. However, we can offer an express 72 hr dispatch service for an extra cost of £20 per order.

    Q: What’s the difference between Premium, Standard And Standard 1-Piece in the glove fit range of car seat covers?

    Q: What is the difference between Semi Custom Fit car seat covers, Custom Fit & Glove Fit covers?

    A: Semi custom fit seat covers are made within a tolerance of 2 inches. They are not specifically designed to each vehicle, however, the templates are made with a unique adjustable design to ensure snug fit, supplied without head rest covers. Custom fit covers are made from manual measurements, Glove fit covers are made from a 3D scanning machine that scans the car interior to scale & we then create the templates in CAD (Computer Aided Design).

    Q: Do you do leather look car seat covers?

    A: No. Our seat covers are made from a 12oz woven textured polyester, non-slip, non- sweat, fully waterproof fabric.

    Q: Are the seat covers machine washable?

    A: Yes they are, we advise you wash on 30 degree’s & you must let them drip dry, DO NOT put them on a spin. This will prevent the PVC backing from coming away.

    Q: How do I know if my seats have Side Air Bags?

    A: If you look down the side of your front seats, it will usually have a label telling you there are side air bags in place or there will be a plastic panel on the outer side panel of the front seats.

    Q: Who Manufacture’s the car seat covers & boot liner’s?

    A: We manufacture the seat covers & boot liners ourselves, we have been established since 1996.

    Q: What does the embrioded company logo look like?

    A: It’s an embrioded stag’s head, roughly 2 inches high & 2 inches long; this would be situated where your shoulders would rest on the front seats.

    Q: Can I have my own company logo?

    A: Yes, for just basic wording, it's £7.50 each, or for a specific exact design it's £55. Please email the text/design and colour required

    Q: What is the difference between plain and 2 tone?

    A: 2 tone option ( the main body is in the chosen colour with grey contrast for the back and the side panels ) or - Plain ( same colour throughout )

    Q: What is the difference between LWB (Long wheel base) & SWB (Short wheel base)?

    A: LWB= 5 door vehicle, SWB= 3 door vehicle

    Q: Do your prices include VAT?

    A: Yes

    Q: What discount can you offer for a TRADE account?

    A: 35% discount, as long as relevant company information is provided.

    Q: What colours do you offer for the seat covers?

    A: Black/ Navy Blue/ Mid Olive/ Dark Olive/ Mid Grey/ Dark Grey/ Burgundy/ Red/ Royal Blue & Beige.

    Q: What colours do you offer for the bootliners?

    A: Black/ Mid Grey/ Brown & a Mid Grey with textured Non-Slip to the PVC material.

    Q: Are your seat covers easy to fit?

    A: Yes, they are very easy to get on & off, instructions are provided with any covers ordered.

    Q: Will the car boot liner allow for the parcel shelf?

    A: Yes

    Q: How are the boot liner’s held in place/ what exactly is covered?

    A: The back rest panel of the bootliner comes up to the shoulder level of the rear seat, this will have velcro fastening hooks to be wrapped around the head rest poles. The side panels come up to window level & will have suction cups to hold the panels in place or velcro fastenings to hook around air vents.
