Terms and Conditions
All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Delivery charges.
All goods remain the property of Climate Automotive until paid in full.
Climate Automotive reserve the right to change prices and specification without prior notification.
Retail orders require full payment in advance.
All products come with a 12 months warranty.
DELIVERY
Goods are usually dispatched within 7 working days, otherwise the official 28 days dispatch applies
DAMAGED GOODS
Goods damaged in transit must be recorded on delivery, Note: at the time of receipt.
If damaged goods are signed for as received in good condition we will not accept responsibility.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must be received in good condition. Goods will not be accepted if they are damaged, scratched or not returned in their original packaging.
Delivery costs and insurance for goods will be at the customer's expense.
Goods requiring exchange for alternative size or colour,etc, must be unused. Payment for return posting must also be enclosed.
Goods returned within 7 working days of delivery in the original packaging that are not personalised, custom made or tailor made, will obtain a full purchase price refund. Postage will not be refunded.
Personalised, custom made or tailor made goods are non refundable. We will gladly exchange subject to a 25% re-stocking fee or repair any defect in our workmanship.
Refunds are payable in cash, cheque or direct debit transfer at the discretion of Climate Covers. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt for refunds to be processed.
Cancellations before the official 28 days dispatch will be liable to 25% charge of the purchase price.
